Ballard Insurance Agency was founded in 1982 by Fred Eugene Ballard with a clear purpose: help people in the community understand insurance and gain access to protection for the things they value most.
What began with personal, door-to-door education grew into an agency serving multiple insurance needs across Texas, Louisiana and Florida. The method may have changed, but the principle remains the same — listen first, educate clearly and work for the client.
